These terms set out how to use eurolingo.pl and the conditions on which Eurolingo provides its services. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Services

We provide website and online-store design and development, SEO, advertising campaigns, UX/UI design and technical care. The precise scope of each engagement is set out in an individual proposal or agreement.

3. Forming an agreement

Contacting us via the form or by phone is an enquiry and does not form a contract. Terms of work — scope, timeline and fee — are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate agreement or accepted proposal.

4. Fees

Prices shown on the site are indicative ("from"). The final fee is set based on the scope of work and confirmed in the proposal. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are given excluding VAT.

5. Intellectual property

The transfer of rights to completed work is governed by the agreement. Until full settlement, copyright remains with the provider.

6. Complaints

Complaints about services can be sent to kontakt@eurolingo.pl. We handle them within 14 days.

7. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by applicable law. We reserve the right to change these terms for valid reasons.
