Questions about quotes

Why is pricing shown "from"?+
Because every project is different. A simple brochure site and a large multi-page website are very different amounts of work. The "from" figures show a starting point — a real quote follows a short brief where we learn the scope.
Do prices include VAT?+
Figures are shown excluding VAT. We add VAT at the applicable rate to the quote. We always present the price clearly, with no hidden costs.
Do I pay everything upfront?+
No. We usually split payment into stages — for example a deposit to start and the balance on approval. We set the details out in the agreement so both sides feel comfortable.
What else affects the cost?+
The number of pages, feature complexity, content and photography, integrations and timeline. We discuss all of it during the quote so nothing surprises you.
